Technical Biomechanics and Bodily Damage Days.

Thiss day was opened with a few words of welcome and a presentation of the program and the objectives of the day in charge of D. David Casademont and D. José Manuel Carcaño, President and CEO of Centro Zaragoza respectively. The start of the technical talks was produced with the brilliant paper entitled "Offer and response motivated in low intensity casualties", developed by Dr. in Law Mr. Javier López and García de la Serrana, member of the commission of monitoring the scale established by the additional provision of Law 35/2015. Linking with the previous one, which illustrated about the documentation on which the insurers should base their motivated answers and their offers, Mr. Mario de la Fuente, responsible for the Legal Area of ​​TIREA and an accredited specialist in Data Protection , spoke on the "Feasibility of the exchange of expert opinions between companies", as part, precisely, of the documentation that is so relevant for the analysis of the intensity of the collisions and, therefore, for the basis of the answers of the insurers. Complementing the two previous presentations were presented the "New technological tools applied to the functional assessment of injured by traffic accident", which allow the highest degree of objectification possible on minor trauma to the cervical spine. This third paper was presented by Dr. Alejandro Sanz, Medical Traumatologist and law graduate, medical director of FisiON Clinics, together with Mr. Ignacio Díaz, operations director of FisiON Clinics.
